Phase 1 | Meet & Greet Session - 30 Minute Complimentary Session
We would love to get to know you better and show you how we work. For a 30-minute complimentary consultation, you can chat over coffee or virtually. During this meeting, we will introduce myself, explain the work process, and showcase inspiration relevant to your project. Please note that I won't give any design advice during this session.
If you find my approach suitable and want to proceed, we can organize an Initial Consultation where I will come to your home and provide real-time design advice about your project.

Phase 2 | Design Consultation
When you book our design services, we will start with an in-home design consultation that lasts up to 90 minutes. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a questionnaire via email to help us understand your project, expectations, and vision for your space. During the consultation, we will discuss the scope of work, time frame, and budget.
We will also go through the questionnaire together to get to know each other better and ensure that we fully understand your requirements. After the consult, we will spend 15 minutes chatting about what we feel the next best step would be for your project.

Phase 3 | Design and Planning
After our initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed scope of work that includes all of the ideas and items discussed. Once you approve the scope of work, design proposal, and design fees, and pay the deposit, we will move forward with the space planning and design concept for your project. We will schedule a preliminary design meeting to discuss the overall design concept for your space, which will include the floor plan/furniture layout, color scheme, style, furniture, fabrics, finishes, and accessories.
Phase 4 | Purchase and Procurement
Once you approve the design concept, the exciting part of the process begins. We will begin sourcing all the necessary items and finishes for your space. Our collaborative approach ensures that we will work together to approve all selections before making any purchases. We will also make up to two revisions of any selections to ensure that we create the perfect space for you. Our team works with local trade resources and vendors to bring your project to life. We will handle coordinating the delivery and shipping of all items, warehousing, and any necessary follow-up with vendors before the installation phase begins.
Phase 5 | Installation - Styling - Reveal
We will work with you to coordinate and schedule a date for the installation of your project. Our team will be on site to supervise all aspects of the installation process, including the installation of all furniture, styling, and curation. At the end of the day, we will reveal the space to you and do a walk-through together. This will give you the opportunity to see how all the details, designs, and planning have come together to create a unique, well-curated space for you to enjoy.
